My Hometown
I live and work in Missouri, in the heart of the Ozarks. The slower pace and sense of community make it a great place to put down roots. There are a lot of outdoor things to do. My personal favorites include some world-class golf courses, lakes, rivers, and hills.
My Major and Future Plans
I am currently pursuing a Computer Science degree at the University of the Cumberlands, taking courses part-time while working full-time in IT. After graduation I plan to continue advancing my career in IT, with a long-term interest in upper management and enterprise technology.
My Relationship with the Internet
Working in IT, the internet is my workplace. I rely on it daily for remote device management through tools like NinjaRMM, Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Teams collaboration, vendor communication, documentation research, and security monitoring. Beyond work, I keep up with tech and financial news, and use it for continuing education. I spend the better part of every waking hour connected in some capacity, so my relationship with the internet is less a casual one and more a professional dependency.
